How can I get rid of eAccereration, this is a Trojan horse

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
eAccelerationEx forum ambassador
Long term forum member0 -
if you haven't got any anti spyware apps on your computer, at least download and run Adaware SE
Update it then run it
This will remove eAcceleration0
