Loosing pressure on heating system

Hi All
Ideas, please as to what's wrong with the new heating.
I will be brief, initially, so that you can ask me anything I need to get more technical details of, rather than post lots irrelevant info now.
New system, combi gas boiler, part underfloor, part radiators.
when installed, left running and condense pipe wasn't run to outside, as other trades were around, so a bucket was placed to catch drips. Was ok initally, but then, when left on and checked after couple weeks, rather than an inch or so, the bucket was full...2 gallons. So wonder if this is something to do with what happened more recently.
Boiler had warning of low pressure and to top up system.
Plumber did this but appears as if there is a leak, as it won't hold pressure. It is not the boiler, he has confirmed, by other checks he carried out.
As there is new solid flooring laid, with underlay and membrane (and new skirtings and decoration done), it isn't possible to see any water escaping, without lifting everything.
So I'm hoping there is some advice or suggestions you can maybe think of, that may be causing the problem, before all the work and hassle of ripping everything up and just guessing where to look.
Thanks in advance
