Ppi claim - canada square operations

Options
Good afternoon everyone

I am after some help and advise regarding my PPI Claim against Canada Square Operations.

I have made my PPI claim via the correct methods as i had a Egg Loan it resulted in me claiming against Canada Square Operations. The claim was successful and i received a letter stating that i would get the payment in form of a cheque in 20 days of the letter.

I have not received said cheque as yet. And it is now up to 40 working days since the original letter. I have tried to contact them however they only reply via post. They have an email and cant reply and even have a phone number however cant discuss the claim. And the auto email you get states that they only reply via post!

I have emailed and emailed them and still havent received anything in the post. Its been 18 days since my first email to them to say that i havent receive date cheque.

Has any else had this issue? Has anyone felt with them if so? Can any advise what i can do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Regards

Escalate the complaint to the CEO. If the complaint has been upheld, it should be paid within a reasonable time frame

Write a letter if that's the method they are insisting on communicating by?
