Ntc parking

today a parking penalty notice came through the door accusing someone in my house of parking in a ntc carpark for over 3hrs. there is proof that this is completely false as the car cannot have been parked there as it was in various other parts of the city during the time they say it was parked. there is proof of this that can be used to back this up. the car park in question was merely the only place to perform a u turn as there was no where else to turn around. can action be taken against ntc as its complete and utter fraud?

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court

Unless they already know who was driving??
