Is a Universal Credit advanced payment included in the DRO?

We have a joint UC claim so it a joint advanced payment? Doninjncluded full amount on DRO application, half the amount, or leave it out all together as is it a social loan?

    It's a qualifying debt - you list it in full.

    If it's genuinely a joint award of UC (and I don't know enough about that benefit to comment) then liability would move to the other party
