Insulation thickness for loft

What is the current requirement for building regulation for the thickness of insulation board to the front pitched roof opposite a dormer? Is it 100 or 120mm?
My builder is using PIR Insulation with thermal 0.022w/mk
We have 120mm for the flat room of the dormer signed off but our inspector is now away on holiday so can't get a response.
