Advice needed please Received a Claim Form dated 4 July 2019 from BW Legal on behalf of Britannia. Have already done AOS. Need an initial steer on if/how to frame a Defence as the main point of their Particulars of Claim is demonstrably not true (leaving aside all the spurious contractual and legal costs BWLegal are trying…

No - it's for the full claimed costs. It's the basis on which the Judge has acted which is the odd thing. Don't want to say too much more at the moment as it's a live query. Will post up final outcome
