Claiming PPI using Deputyship

I have recently been given Deputyship by the Court of Protection for my mother. Going through her financial statements, I have found she has paid PPI on credit cards. Unfortunately I am unable to ascertain from her if she has claimed, and if I'm honest I doubt she will have done. I have looked about on line, but haven't found anywhere that deals with claiming on behalf of someone using LPOA or Deputyship. Any guidance would be great.

If you have POA, you can make a complaint on her behalf.
But make sure you only stick to the facts that you know, if she is unable to make the complaint herself.0 -

The deadline is now very close so, going against previous advice I have given about similar circumstance, you should make a complaint-the Bank will soon tell you if your Mother has already been refunded.
As ZX81 says, be sure you make only a factual complaint. You should avoid referring to anything said at point-of-sale since you were not there...0 -
Forms filled in, with what I know, will see what happens.0
