Obviously they can't restrict data processing as a claim has been filed.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The 40th calendar day for UKPPO to respond to an SAR has come and gone. Is that something that can go against them?

Depends if you sent them a reminder on day 31 with a 7 day deadline to reply, with a warning that you will report them to the ICO

then you report them to the ICO and let them investigate

Plus it can be brought up in court as abuse of process and disrespectful of court procedures

This was received yesterday from my MP. As much as I'm grateful for his letter, I can't help but feel MPs don't know the full extend of the appeal service of the IPC. Ideally, I'd like to reply to Adam Holloway informing him of the unscrupulous goings on regarding IPC's appeals and all that goes with PPC's. Unfortunately, I'm not clued up enough to send such an informative letter, but if someone here would like to seize an opportunity to have a say, I'm more than happy to send it on to him.

All factually correct, plus it's what we already know and even when implemented won't stop the historical claims or previous abuse as in your case

I an sure that Sir Greg Knight can educate your MP, as could MP Wishart too

None of these issues can help you or your current problem
