PCN Legal Action Launched - Scotland - Advice Required

HI,
Seeking some advice on here before advice from a solicitor is sought. The driver would park in a PCN firm run car park in Glasgow. Its a place where for years, people would park for nearby work places with the "they can't pursue it in Scotland" attitude.
Unfortunately it turns out they can and will. Multiple tickets have been racked up and and the claim is for thousands (though less than 5k as the civil court notice dictates is required for this type of small claim). At the moment I'm looking to see if anyone else has had experience of this and if so, how did you defend it?
In terms of evidence, they have pictures of my licence plate but not of the driver as far as I can tell (going by what was included in the original fines).
At the moment the only plan I have is faking my own death so ANY advice is appreciated, and if there's a thread with all this information on it point me in that direction.
Thanks,

Who is the PPC and solicitor taken you to court0
-
they can and do take people to court in Scotland
DRIVERS
if they do not know who the driver was then there is no keeper liability under POFA because Scotland has no POFA
YOUR POST ABOVE IS A CLASSIC CASE OF FOOLISH ROOKIE MISTAKES
the DRIVER used to park blah blah, and the KEEPER is the person receiving all the postal notices and letters
only those 2 words should be used so edit your post
which PPC and solicitor is it ?0 -
