UKPC ? -- Who can work out what happened here ? Should the BPA/DVLA ban UKPC for life ?

After two bans, it seems UKPC are up to their tricks again

Is this magic because the first ticket (8 Walworth Road) was at 10:46 and the second one at 10:53. However, the distance between both locations means she could not have visited both of them in the time UKPC suggests ?

Not much adrift from the fake times UKPC applied to pictures ???

So will the BPA/DVLA ban UKPC for life ???

Such embarrassment for the BPA

MailOnline contacted UKPC for comment yesterday but has not heard back.
    What a surprise!
4 - If your appeal is rejected then you should pay or the parking company will take you to court. When you can pay you should write that you are 'paying under protest' and keep a copy. If you still think you were wrongly fined you can take the firm to small claims court to try and reclaim the money.
CAB BS by the look of it. What's so frightening about going to talk civilly with a legally qualified Judge as to whether the charge was fair? Let's not forget that 85% of IAS appeals are rejected and over 50% of POPLA appeals are rejected. Now those two figures in their own right don't stack up - results should be broadly similar.

But whichever appeal service rejects an appeal, neither is a reason to pay up for fear of 'being dragged to court'!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Doubt it, it will be an "admin error" as usual, lift carpet sweep under, drop carpet, move on, forget.

The BPA would struggle with an "admin error"

First ticket was at 10:46 and the second one at 10:53. some 20 mins drive away

Of course you are right, we know they are a useless dinosaur

I can only assume that within the new code of practice there is a facility to complain about ATA's who fail, like the BPA does

I want to know where tey get the carpet form, as it must be extremely strong and tough with al the sweepings underneath, move along nothing to see here, buisness as usual.

As for the BPA, wheres the failure? they are doing a fantastic job.

The parking company's are still in business raking in the money, the press and media keep calling them fines - and as a consequence a vast majority of the public think the same, and gibberish such as "if you think you have been unfairly fined you should pay up to avoid it increasing and then claim back at court" is trotted out.

Plus theres also the poor, and sometimes misleading news thats published in the local newspapers, such as the local world group/trinity mirror ( although they are not the only ones) Try and post something in the comments and your post gets removed as it doesn't fit the parking fine narrative, or you get a ban for posting to sites such as this
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

Unless the aggrieved party complains to the BPA and DVLA then nothing will be done. No official complaint, no action required.

I did, pointing out some salient facts about UKPC but they never appeared and to date there are only two comments showing, which I find incredible with that useless rag.

You have to wonder what the agenda is with these "newspapers" as you said.

Well, the BPA do read this forum.

The BPA need to prove they are "driving up standards" as they say, and look into this "magic" that UKPC perform.

Let's face it, the UK pretty much has car parks covered now,

There is no new business to be had and the finances of the BPA with parking operators will be stagnant
Doubt if those who jumped ship to the IPC will ever return and sad to say, the IPC could still drag many BPA members away who prefer the scam tactics invented by Gladstones.

Both ATA's are utter rubbish and should be government run
