what's the humidity percent in the room? I have a hygrometer pretty much in every room and I have a dehumidifier that kicks in daily to get rid of any damp air...EU expat working in London0

It could be a leaky radiator pipe under floor - is your boiler pressure still good ?
As a poster above says , measure humidity of each room is a good idea0 -
have they seen any mice droppings around, could be a dead mouse under floorboards, as tis the season again , when people are suffering from these verminNice to save.0

Boiler pressure is fine yes.
Definitely not a dead mouse - we have cats and so know the smell of a dead mouse a mile off!0 -
