PCN from parking in England but we live In Northern Ireland - Smart Parking

Hi
Apologies for new thread but unable to find answer by searching.
Received a PCN from Smart Parking - we actually paid for the parking but no longer have the ticket for proof. I believe the car park was £1.10 per hour but the sign says that you have to return each hour and buy a new ticket, whereas I put in £2.20 in one go.
My question is, the ticket was received for parking in a car park in England, but we live in Northern Ireland. So should we still be ignoring the PCN as per the info on NI?
Edited to add that we may be moving back to England in 6 months so will this make any difference?
Many Thanks

Cross that bridge when you move.
Obviously don't give the PPC your address in England if you ever have one0 -
Given that this is only Smart Parking, the best thing to do is to "appeal" using the Blue Template in the Newbies sticky.
Smart should cancel at the first time of asking.0
