PAY UP !
You wrongly parked in what was clearly a newly painted disabled bay without any entitlement to use it.
SHAME ON YOU !0 -

I agree with the latter part of your post. However:PAY UP !
You seemingly have little understanding of this scam industry, and I'd advise against offering any similar advice to posters until you do.
This is a money saving site. Why come here unless you offer posters such help? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Umkomaas
Forum : Place for discussion
My opinion is as the OP has blatantly parked in a (newly painted) disabled bay, admitted the same and already appealed and lost, paying could well be the best option, as with all those negatives, a day in court could cost more.0 -
1) this parking forum is not the usual discussion forum but a place to help, not for sermons like the rest of mse forums
2) your advice that losing an appeal means that the OP should pay now is baseless. (And should be ignored)0 -
Good evening, I received the letter from ZZPS chasing £180 (they’ve added £80 fees!?)
It says my options are to:
Pay
Pay
Or pay.
If I don’t, they will take further legal action resulting in “significant financial increases” and court costs.
Is this worded to scare me into paying? Is their £80 extra legal?
Am I going to pay £100s+ if it goes to court?
Thanks again0 -
Are you not reading the guidance you have been given?
Please re-read that guidance - especially those posts by Quentin.
Post #12 where he says:Nothing has changed
Wait and see if a court claim arrives
He also answers your last question in post #9.0 -
My dad has got got a PCN from the same company, he parked in a blue badge bay but has a lot of illnesses and forgot to display his badge.
Appealed it with all proof of mobility car and badge and basically did tough pay, even b&Q and landowner tried to help, told him tough claws in contract.he has just gotten a bwlegal letter and I have told him to ignore all letters unless claim one, parking and security solutions ltd is an awful company.0
