Hi
Have been trying to use the market comparison tool for the Cheap Energy Club, for the last 2 days.
However once logged in, - get an upto date comparison, ...show me, just get the spinning .. please wait whilst we get comparison.
Is this currently down?
Or do I possibly have something blocking it?
It not a new account.
Thanks

I've just used it in the last few minutes and it worked fine for me. I do wonder how up to date it is sometimes.

Do you have any ad blockers or anti virus software that could be blocking it?

    Working fine here :)

Ensure your current supplier & tariff details are correct and up-to-date before attempting to compare.

We experienced a similar issue in the past when we rolled over to another fixed tariff from our supplier, and forgot to update the details within the cheap energy club. (as we couldn't use the site itself to switch to the new tariff we wanted from our existing supplier)

Hi, tried to access on my phone had the same issues.
However, for someone reason (although i swapped with it in March) it was showing my supplier but not my current energy deal. Therefore assume as it had no costs it couldn't calculate a saving?
When I manually changed my energy deal of my supplier it worked.
    Thanks for replies
