How long for UC to decide on changes and payment?

Last months payment has still not been made as I notified UC of some changes to savings. Because of that no statement was generated and no latest payment.
How long do they normally take to adjust?

Give them a call. Verifying the new savings amount will have blocked the next payment statement being issued. UC will tell you what actions are required when you phone. They will either be able to just note the new savings amount or you will have to take details into a Job Centre to verify. Depends on amount.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
