I don't think so, one of the main reason for doing a DoV is to avoid an inheritance ever hitting your own estate.0 -

With the additional £150k of allowance we will largely be out of IHT. Presumably, it is then more efficient to simply gift aid the money to the charities once we have it, particularly as my sister is currently a HR tax payer?0
