Bosch Washing Machine Reset

We have a Bosch Exxcel 8 Washing Machine, Model number WAQ28461GB/01. Run into an issue with it at the end of the cycle where it gets stuck on one minute left. The machine will run on and then eventually move back to the start of what appears to be the spin cycle and eventually finish. Could be on 1 minute for anything unto an hour with the machine running.
On investigating it seems to be a known issue and one fix identified is to 'reset' the machine. What I have not been able to find for this generation / model of machine is what buttons to press to reset.
Other possible causes have been checked.
Can anyone help with a reset sequence please?
