When should I chase?

Well out estate agent gave us a timescale of 10-12 weeks. Its been about 10 weeks since the offer was accepted and up to near 2 weeks ago things were moving quickly. What now seems to be dragging things out and slowing things down a lot is the enquiries stage, been close to 2 weeks since enquiries\questions were raised. And whilst that might not sound to long, well the sudden lack of response to information requested from the sellers side compared to earlier in the process is frustrating. Even our solicitor said they were expecting a response inside a week before they chase the issue. And close to another week again & still nothing. Going to give it another couple of days before calling on that and other issues.
