Hi forum, hope someone here can possibly help?
On 30th November last year, I was driving to Clapham through Tooting but became lost and stopped in a loading bay on a red route, Tooting Bec Road, hazard lights on, to ask directions. An ANPR camera took a pic of my car & and I received a PCN for my troubles. I appealed within the prescribed period of time but received no reply. Fast forward to last Thursday (4th July) and I receive a 'Notice of Enforcement" from a company called Task demanding for payment of £278.00!!! I have received nothing from TFL since the initial PCN and now this! The N of E states I have until 23.59 on 17/07/2019 to pay this exorbitant demand and I'm a worried about what options are available to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
