    The terms and conditions for the competition are not very good. They are lengthy but they don’t really state specifics like delivery or collection and exactly what’s included as the prize.

    doesn't help when the person creating the website makes grammatical errors. Online Spa's instead of the correct Online Spas plus .... your instead of you're.
    If someone is running a business I would expect them to ensure that their website is correct grammar and spelling wise
