Must be a rare thing these days. I went to Meadowhall in Sheffield on Friday and noticed Nationwide are actually opening a new branch there. I just hope they’re not closing the one in Sheffield town centre.

Not even a new concept really. A few HSBC branches already did away with counters over ten years ago. I remember going into the one in Truro back in 2008 and it was literally just machines, floorwalkers and Internet banking terminals.urs sinserly,

It's one of those things where nobody who wants the service is paying for the service and indeed resents doing so.
