I made claims to GUS Littlewoods and Grattan, all via Resolver, so you do not need to know the addresses. GUS (Great Universal) and Littlewoods are one in the same now, all under Littlewoods. I have literally just heard back from the Littlewoods one under the name of Canada Square Operations. Grattan are dealing with me via Resolver. Seriously much easier way to be dealing with it using that tool. Let me know if you want any help doing so.
