Don't know what's happened to this thread, but it no longer makes much sense given that the original post is now about RoA after being charged in the earlier hours of the morning, then the OP amending their response to a request to show the Date of Issue of the claim.

If it is a claim form then there should be an issue date printed on it. I believe it the top right corner. This will be a date earlier than the date you received it. Time frames for court submissions are based on the issue date.

Not much point in any further responses unless/until the OP sorts out just what he/she is wanting.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I agree with the above, the content bears no relation to the title. Wayward editing I suspect.

OP - have you read post 2 in the newbies thread? Covers landholder authrity etc
If this is VCS claiming for Albert St then yes, it was and i bleive IS Excel, and so you as defence point ONE state the claimant has no standing to issue a claim as VCS... reg co... is not hte same entity as the one offering alleged contracts at ... whi chis Excel.. reg company ....

Use full legal company names to hamer home that one company is not the same as the other. it is not a trading name / style etc but legally separate and distinct.

Post 5 doesn't make any sense either.

This certainly made a lot more sense yesterday. The OP had received a claim form but, while being the registered keeper, was not actually the keeper after selling the vehicle and not updating the V5.

I agree - to such an extent that I have deleted my earlier posts from this thread.
