Selling flights?

Hi all,

I have two flights from Manchester to Houston that I'd like to sell, but I've never done it before so wondered if there were any sites to avoid?

Can anyone offer any advice with regards to selling flights online?

Thanks!

    Not good news.

You will almost certainly find that the flights are not transferrable...they are for you and the other named passenger exclusively. Also more than likely they are non-refundable.

The best you can hope for is a refund of UK air taxes, less an administration fee.

Your only hope is that you have a policy of insurance and the reason you want to cancel is an insurable one. I assume however that is not the case and long haul scheduled services, Singapore Airlines I assume, do not allow name changes. You should always assume if you buy a long haul ticket online, your money is gone if you cannot travel, there are exceptions but they are few and far between, sorry
