Hospital pcn help needed please

Hi all

could anyone advise as to my course of action in appealing the following charge?

I was issued with a pcn from Parking Solutions. I parked in a disabled bay but due to being in an extreme rush (medical condition) my badge slipped down from the dash. hence issue of the ticket.
I was going to appeal on the ground of my medical condition and that my badge was placed in the car but wasn’t visible BUT, the parking ticket states that i was parked in a “strictly no parking “ area, which was not the case, instead of the disabled bay.

how do i go about appealing this, as i cant argue my badge fell off the dash due to my haste as i haven’t been penalised for parking in the disabled bay and not displaying my badge?

There is a "one size fits all" template. Use that. It also explains why in the post that contains it.
