They still haven't paid, should have been paid by the 20th Dec. I've emailed them and rang them, just keep getting the same guy with the same response.
'From what I can see it is with our accounts team, I have sent a request for an update but I'm still waiting on a reply'
Of course I 'can't speak to anyone else, the accounts team do not take calls and they may have already sent it, it could have been lost in the post'

You can get the court to enforce costs orders by sending in a bailiff. Sending one letter telling them you will do this, by next Monday 13th, if the payment does not arrive by this weekend at the latest.
