Can Foxtons charge me 13% rent even if they rent the place out? I want to leave a tenancy early

    This is a rude and fictitious response, so I won't bother responding.
    I've a long list of evidence of harassment from landlord as well as unsafe property.

    If you want help, you need to reply what they are.

    Otherwise it's a good deal.

    As others have said, you need to quote the exact wording in the contract regarding this charge.


    In particular, is it rent you are being charged, or is it a fee for surrendering the tenancy early which is calculated in relation to the rent amount....?
