Apcoa Guildford railway PCN when to appeal

Hi, Ive read the newbies thread and many other threads but am still a little unsure on how to proceed.

All scooters and motorbikes have parked at Guildford station for many years without paying, until recently. Every scooter (circa 70) were all ticketed by Apcoa 2 weeks ago and have been daily for those who do not pay the carpark charge which is now being imposed. The signage is small and unclear but does state motorcycles must pay the full charge.

My question is as the keeper do I wait to receive the first letter OR do I submit an appeal at day 26?

Thanks in advance

APCOA are 100% beatable at POPLA by a keeper who never says who was driving.

Nice easy one to copy any other APCOA railway thread, and win at POPLA. Let us know.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How come it's best to wait til day 26 to appeal when we know they will reject the appeal and popla is the next step?

That's explained in the Newbies thread.
