I just right clicked the image in your second link and chose View Image (on Firefox). In fact left clicking the image gives me a raw image without watermark. As does clicking the Download button.

Same on Edge. In fact I can't actually find a way to get to the watermarked image from your second link.


Edit: ah, now this is odd, after a bit the watermark appears when I click the link. Then if I refresh a bit later it's gone. Something at the server side is changing whether the watermark gets added or not to the link. Very odd.

Are you saying you saw a watermark on the second image? I didn't.

I'm saying the first time I opened it there was no watermark. Then when I opened it again about 5 minutes later there was - even though the two images had an identical URL. Then about 2 minutes later it reverted to no watermark.

So something at the Photobucket end is inconsistently serving the image with or without the watermark.

Clearly the trick is to open the image when the watermark is off having a ciggy break

Now I don't.

Yeah i can download the non watermarked image now from that second link, even though i was certain yesterday it wasnt doing it.

Will just go through the ones i want to keep and do that then.
