1. The prize comprises a two (2) night stay at The Lords of the Manor Hotel being offered for two (2) people including;

a) Standard Class Return Rail travel and transport up to the value of £500 from a UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to The Lords of the Manor, Upper Slaughter.

b) Two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Lords of the Manor Hotel sharing a Manor Room

c) Daily Full English breakfast

d) Lords Full Afternoon Tea including a glass of Tattinger Champagne

e) Seven (7) course signature tasting menu on one evening with matching wines

f) Joint RHS Annual membership.

2. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

3. The prize must be taken before 31st July 2020 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 26th August 2019, 15th December 2019 to 3rd January 2020 and the Cheltenham Gold Cup 10th March to 13th March 2020 and 3rd April to 23rd April 2020. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

4. Booking is subject to availability.

5. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

6. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
7. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
8. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
9. Accommodation, footage and images kindly provided by The Lords of the Manor.
10. Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £500 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winners’ home address to the Lords of the Manor.
