Send them a response to their lbc
State you are claiming against their client the sum of £500 for breach of data protection as they lacked reasonable cause to access RK data. They have 28 days to make payment. Include their clients own picture,s, that show you're ok.0 -

Are you sure there are no "permit holders only" areas in the car park?
Do their signs mention permits needed anywhere?0 -
Do as advised and send the LBA.
They should realise that they have no hope of winning and want to discontinue.
If you just rock up at court the DJ might feel you have wasted court time and not followed the PAP.

If you are lucky this post might be seen by bargepole who may help with the most appropriate legal phrasing.0 -

I would recommend, you screen shot any text messages as evidence & also record any phone calls going forward.
As a private individual you do NOT have to give any type of Data Protection warning, such as "this call maybe recorded for training & monitoring purposes"Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0
