Brittania parking - Appeal Response - Please help?

I received a PCN for parking for 27 minutes in an ANPR controlled car park. Do you think it is a reasonable grace period for a busy car park with no limited spaces? Do you think I should appeal to POPLA? I used the template on the newbie thread to appeal. I didn't identify the driver in the appeal, but I'm a bit confused…

I always read the signs even if a car park I regularly use - just in case they have sneakily changed the terms and conditions.

The way every motorist needs to go right now.

If everyone undertook this very easy task, the private parking network would be very seriously wounded. And it is so much easier than writing appeals, defences, witness statements and appearing in a small claims court, it simply avoids falling into the clutches of parasites.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
