Corsa Puddle of Water underneath

Hi,

I have a 2009 Corsa. Not sure if it has air conditioning or not.

I had the heater on cool at number 1 the lowest setting. Blows cold air inton the car.

I parked up and noticed a puddle of water developing on the ground.

I looked underneath and it was dripping from the middle.

I turned the heating on full to the highest setting number 5 and let air blast into.the car. I checked underneath and the drip was constant.

Is this.just condensation or is it a more serious problem? I have left the car for an hour and there is no more drip. It only happens if the heating has been on even on cool.

Please advise as I have MOT next week.

Its an odourless water. No loss in coolant or anything.

Many thanks.

It will be condensation from the air con radiator.Have a look where the heating controls are and you should see a button with A/C on.or a snowflake.if it has air con.

If it’s clear then it will be condensate from the AC. There are no fluids in your car that is clear.

Yeah it has a snowflake. The car leaks even when i don't use the air con button and just use the heater.

Someone was saying it was the radiator.

I'd read up on it in the manual to see whether I was using aircon or not.

I just checked the coolant. Its still at the same level.

I have been checking it since 7pm tonight drove with no fans or air con on and nothing.

I turned the fans on and no drip or leak.

    Car temperature is fine also.

In the OP you didn't know whether or no you had air con.
