JD sports customer service won't refund or respond!

I will never order from JD sports again!!!
I placed an order online. They sent the wrong items. Wrongly sent items were returned back via store who didn't even apologise or seem to care.
Worse no refund.
No responses from customer service despite sending multiple emails weeks ago.
Customer service phone always busy!
Never had any problem with Sports Direct! I'll stick with them in future.

How did you pay? Debit card?
Do you have evidence of returning them to the store? (e.g. a returns receipt)
Assuming both above are true, raise a chargeback claim with your card provider0 -

To be fair you get what you pay for (I use SD quite a lot, its cheap and i'm tight). JD sports have a rating of 1.2/10 on trustpilot. Whilst that is abysmal it's not as bad as SD with 0.8/10. Really quite impressive numbers.0
