    Still nothing.
I've been told that its under review, so I just replied back a few days ago requesting they inform me when progress has been made so I don't have to sit here anxiously.

I find it terrible that people with mental health problems should have to wait so long for a simple decision.
If a face to face assessment is needed then you'll be sent an appointment letter. This process can take several months.

    Ok thank you.

My mental health is best in the morning, so if they do send an appointment can we book it for a time which suits me ? I also have no car so would have to go with my carer when they are on shift.

You can cancel an appointment if one is sent to you but you can only do this once. The next one they give you, you must attend.

thanks for all your info today, much appreciated :T

If its at a time that doesn't suit me, i still have to attend then ? Can I not choose a time slot ?

It would have to be the morning, as during the day it will get busy and my anxiety will be sky high

No problem. You can certainly try to request a certain time slot but don't expect it to happen.

    Great thanks.
The fact I haven't heard back yet is that good or bad ? I've been in touch with the email a helpful member on here suggested, all they can tell me is it's being processed

It doesn't mean anything at all.

It took them 4 months from me sending my ESA50 in for them to call me in for an interview and then 3 weeks for a decision. :-)
