Car insurance length license held

Hi I am looking for some advice my younger sister is getting car insurance and has had her full license 11.5 months naturally she is seeking to get an insurance quote in advance of her renewal date.

My question is where it asks length full license held can she put in 1 year if by the time the policy comes into affect she will have been driving for 1 year? So technically at the time she gets the quote she will only have been driving 11.5 months.

If it will be a year at renewal then put that down.

Thanks very much I just want to make sure that the insurance company would say she gave false information because she hadn't been driving a year when she got the quote.
So obviously then it's the numbers of years you've been driving by the time your renewal comes up.
