HSBC switch 2 Accounts

Have a relative who I have told about switching to HSBC,
They have two current accounts with separate banks.
Can they switch both to take advantage if the incentive? or is the minute the first one is approved then make them an existing customer and will not be eligible for second switch? Thank you.
