Has anyone actually been taken to court for not paying a PCN here

Or has anyone successfully fought a PCN. Because I'm stressed at the moment. I really can afford to pay and I need to know if I should spend my time on other things. Rather than worry about this PCN

Why have you started a second thread?
What was wrong with the thread you started on Monday?
To help others to help you, please keep all questions about one incident to one thread.
Thanks for your understanding.0 -

What do you think this board is for? About half the posts are court claims and the others are appeals.
We win the vast majority of both.0 -

To set your mind at ease I was in court on Wednesday and successfully defended a claim from VCS. About a year passed between getting the windscreen ticket and the court hearing during which time I put away the amount that I stood to lose and spent some of my free time checking threads on here to keep myself sharp. It seemed overwhelming at first but in hindsight it needn't have been.0 -

But you want the regulars on here to worry for you? It won't happen, you started a thread started getting advice, ignored it and start another thread. People haven't got time to flit backwards and forwards looking at multiple threads of yours either.
But to answer your question yes thousands have fought scamming PPC's and won!0 -

He's done exactly the same on PePiPoo.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
