Maiden name, married name and remarried name???

I bought my first home in my maiden name with my boyfriend who I later married. We bought our second home as a married couple.
I was widowed and 5 years later re-married and bought my third house with my second husband who I have now divorced.

How can I begin a claim I would need to use three different names and from the forms I have seen they do not seem to cater for this.

Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?

You just need to provide them with all relevant information. Send them this via traditional letter rather than electronically.

However, in your case, be prepared for them to respond that they no longer have any record of your finance.
