Multiple claims from same company

I have 3 complaints to make against the same company (Halifax), do I need to do each claim individually or is there some way to link them all?

Send your complaint for all three directly to Halifax.

Unless these are complaints about a consolidation chain of loans, I recommend you send separate complaints for each.

Thanks, it looks like the only way is to do three separate claims.

Remember that you are complaining about three different sales, made at different times and even perhaps different bank staff. Don't adopt a "one size fits all" approach to this, make each complaint unique to the circumstance.

You are not just going to say the insurance was added without your knowledge or permission are you? It's a myth spread by claim companies that PPI was routinely added in such a fashion and you should avoid such allegations..

I remember with one loan the bank manager saying that approval was more likely if I added PPI as it reduced their risk. Also on-line forms or ones sent through the post having the box ticked by default, although knowing the box was ticked implies knowledge and permission, the total loan amount and repayments was listed including the PPI and interest so the easiest thing to do was sign and send it back without reading the small print to ensure that it adequately met your needs.
