ie6 problem

I am having constant error messages saying that ie has encountered a problem and must close.

what can i do to get rid of this?

    Have you tried reinstalling it?
    I think you can get it from microsoft's site.

    Why not upgrade to IE7? It is a critical security update after all, and the only legitimate reason to not upgrade is if it doesn't work on your system.

    You should definitely upgrade to IE 7 for security. For browsing, why not try FireFox ;)

    Otherwise, you can go into Add/Remove Programs and do a repair installation on IE6.
