    My case is identical, just on a different site and using expired permits, so wish me luck.

    Why do legal coves not complete their sentences?

    What about unreasonable behaviour costs? All that time and effort for a measly £40 quid, the whole process is a disgrace imo.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Just to let you know we've had another victory against VCS, my two claims have been thrown out, plus it cost them £250 for my costs, not to mention the advocate fees and court costs.
