Hello All,

Sorry I am new to this but have been reading all about these scammers.
In the 23rd March 2019 I parked in a car park almost opposite the cinema in St Ives.
I purchased a ticket and when I got back to the car in plenty of time I had a PCN for not parking within the marked bays!
In inspection they were right but the bay lines were very faded and the outside line (I was parked on the end) was only about 1/2 visible.
I called them straight away and got through to a very pompous muppet that said after I explained my case (never saying I was the driver as the car is not registered to me) if you not happy we will see you in court.
I have ignored all letters so far as the other posts suggest but I have just received the final letter before debt recovery or court action and am starting to get nervous and am thinking it may be easier to pay (kills me to say that).
I have photographic evidence of the parking space lines being faded or not there at all. Can I upload a photo on here to show you all?
What are my chances of winning this?
