Struggling to get a fit note for universal credit

I’ve posted here lots before so read my previous threads if you need more info as there’s a tonne haha!
I’ve been claiming income based ESA in the support group since 2017. Moved in with my partner this month and made a joint claim for universal credit. He works so I’m no longer entitled to income based ESA.
We went for our face to face interview 2 weeks ago at the local job centre and the lady told me I need to supply a fit note from my GP. I was a little confused by this because I have a current claim for IB ESA in the support group. I was only assessed last year.
Apparently on the 14th July they’re going to tell us what we are entitled to. Problem is, I can’t get a fit note for another 3 weeks or so.
I’ve called my doctors numerous times this past 2 weeks and they are fully booked up so I can’t see anyone about it. I’ve asked them to give me a call back (where a GP rings you and issues a fit note) but apparently the GP wants to see me anyway as it’s been a while since they assessed my medication. There’s nothing I can do until my appointment in 2.5 weeks.
How will this effect our UC claim? Does anyone know? I should’ve known this wouldn’t be plain sailing

As was previously advised many times on your other thread you don't need a fit note because your ESA award should be transferred across to UC.
You need to speak to a case manager from UC to ask them to send the MPG1 form to ESA for your details/award to be transferred across.0 -
I was told by the woman in the job centre I DID need a fit note and they’ve uploaded it onto my online journal. Under my ‘to do’ list it says I need to provide a fit note0

Hopefully someone has got something wrong at the job centre as it’d save me a lot of worry0
