MET Parking did not send NOTICE

We have received a letter from MET PARKING SERVICES telling us that 'THIS CHARGE IS NOW OVERDUE' and we must play the charge within 14 days to avoid escalation. The £100 charge was for overstaying at a McDonalds.

Apparently they sent a letter more than 28 days ago - which I did NOT receive. And I am no longer able to appeal to POPLA. I would prefer not paying the fine, how should I proceed with this?

Send an email complaint to Steve Clark of the BPA, showing him that you only got one letter:

And send a SAR by email to MET's DPO (like the NEWBIES thread explains with a template in the second post) to see all letters sent.
