Vistaprint..anyone know where their phonecalls go to?

As the title says, the voicemail before you get through is an american and then an american answered..i have tried emailing twice and no reply to a wrong order so won't be best pleased if it's an overseas number. Anyone know..thanks

the telephone number given on their website is 0800
you won't be charged for overseas call if they themselves reroute the call
