I applied on 3 Dec and uploaded docs on 5 Dec, but they just asked me for one more ID doc today, 9 Dec. The deadline for "completing the application" to receive £150 bonus was 6 Dec. But the delay was not my fault. Will they honour the bonus? What's the best phone number to call to sort this? Any suggestion on the best angle to take in this discussion?0

I would speak to the switching team and say how disappointed you are etc because it looks like you might have missed the deadline altho' you believe you started the process in time but they asked for another doc too late.
Be suitably polite and humble (!) and then ask if they will honour it- season of goodwill and all that........Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
