How to claim

I am struggling to find the thread that details how to make a claim.

I also know ive had lots of loans, car finance over the years but dont know the details and all the company details can I still claim?

Any info or to point me in the direction of the correct thread would be great, thank you

If you mean make a complaint, you send your mis sale reasons to each lender.

You'll find their details on their website. There's normally a simple form to complete.

If you're not sure which lenders you used, you'll find the last 6 years on your credit files and the rest in your memory or filing.

If you went bankrupt (as you allude to in your old thread) in 2009, you won't ever get a refund of PPI. Any redress belongs to the Official Receiver for redistribution to your former creditors...
