Question about a Universal Credit payment

Hi
I have a question I am on Univeral Credit it always seems to be one problem after nother with this system but any I am on twice monthly payment and my last payment was the 18th of June and I thought I was suppose to be paid today the 2nd of July But I have not received a paymnt.
The other thing is on my Universal Credit account on the screen after I login it tells me when I am due to be paid but it never did change to twice monthly or fortnightly it always stayed at showing me being payed monthly even though I have been getting payed twice monthly.
It states that I am to be paid in two days time on the 4th of July but I am not sure if thats correct or not because that means I will have waited 16 days since my last payment rather than 14 days which would be a fortnight. Is it not suppose to be every fortnight or is a long as its twice monthly? I have run out of money and was expecting to be paid today but I am able to borrow something from family to see me over. This is the first time its happened every other time it has been everything 14 days but I am still trying to get used to how it works as I have only been on Universal credit since March.
Thanks for any answers.

Twice monthly and fortnightly could be two different things though.
Twice monthly might not necessarily mean every two weeks.0 -
If it says in your journal that’s when you are due to be paid then that’s when it will reach you. As MarkN88 has said fortnightly and twice monthly are differently operated and would therefore have different interpretations of pay dates.
I know from a financial budgeting point of view this isn’t ideal so could you ask for help from them to identify your pay periods going forward from now?0 -
Ignore your statement as the statement is auto generated and more frequent payments are manually done.
The system cannot be changed to show more then one payment as it was only ever set up to make one payment a month.
You will need to ring the service centre to find what dates you will be paid on as it is not fortnightly paid just two payments per month.0 -
